A vodka crafted with spring water from the Vosges mountains, Brie Champagne wheat grown in the same limestone soils as Champagne grapes, and a final distillation that includes French wine grapes, a quiet tribute to the liqueur masters who came before us. Vodka, dry vermouth, smoked olive brine.
Cold. Savory. Uncompromising.
INGREDIENTS
60 ml (2 oz) VESPER Vodka
15 ml (0.5 oz) dry vermouth
15 to 22 ml (0.5 to 0.75 oz) premium smoked castelvetrano olive brine
Garnish 1 to 2 large smoked castelvetrano olives on a pick
INSTRUCTIONS
Chill glass hard. No shortcuts.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice..
Stir deliberately for 25 to 30 seconds.
Strain into frozen glass.
ENJOY
